What device does CallyList work on?
CallyList is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. All three apps are included with your plan — no separate purchases needed.
What iOS version do I need?
CallyList requires iOS 16 or later for iPhone, iPadOS 16 or later for iPad, and macOS 13 Ventura or later for Mac.
Do I need an account to use CallyList?
You'll create an account at the end of the sign up process - it only takes a moment. Your account keeps everything saved and ready across all your devices.
Is CallyList free?
CallyList has a free plan with no time limit. Plus and Pro unlock additional features — Plus adds public calendar search, custom event photos, and notes version history. Pro adds bilingual display and bilingual home screen widgets on top of everything in Plus.
Features
Can I control how my calendars appear?
Yes — you can arrange your calendars in any order you like. In the daily view, your first two calendars each get their own detailed column so you can see everything at a glance. Any additional calendars beyond that are grouped together in a third column, keeping your view clean no matter how many calendars you have connected.
Which calendar apps can I connect?
CallyList connects with Apple Calendar and Google Calendar. On Plus and Pro you can also search for and link public calendars directly inside the app — sports schedules, public holidays, local events and more.
How does syncing work across my devices?
CallyList uses Apple Calendar to keep everything in sync. Make sure your calendars are connected through Apple Calendar on each of your devices and CallyList will stay up to date automatically across all of them — no manual syncing required.
How does the bilingual display work?
CallyList shows your events in two languages side by side. You choose your second language in settings and CallyList handles the rest automatically. The bilingual widget brings this to your home screen too — available on Pro.
What languages are supported for bilingual display?
CallyList currently supports Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and Portuguese as your second language, each with regional variants to choose from. English is also available as a second language with regional options including US English, UK English, and Australian English — so wherever you are in the world, your calendar speaks your version of the language.
Can I use CallyList in English even if I live in a non-English speaking country?
Absolutely. You can set your second language to any supported language regardless of where you are or what language your device is set to. Many of our users keep English as their primary language and use CallyList to see their events in the local language of the country they live in — or the other way around.
How does translation work in CallyList?
Translation powers two things in CallyList — showing your events in a second language side by side, and helping the public calendar search on Plus and Pro understand what you're actually looking for. It all runs in the background without getting in your way.
Can I add photos to my events?
Yes — adding event photos and custom image icons is available on Plus and Pro.
Can I share calendars with people who don't have CallyList?
You can share events with anyone. For shared calendars, the other person will need CallyList installed.
What is the difference between shared calendars and shared events?
A shared calendar gives someone ongoing access to see all the events in that calendar — great for families, teams, or anyone who wants to stay in sync on a regular basis. Sharing an individual event is a one-time share — you send a specific event to someone without giving them access to your whole calendar. Both options are available on all plans.

Is there a free trial for Pro or Premium?
Yes — both Plus and Pro come with a 7-day free trial so you can explore everything before committing. No charge until your trial ends and you can cancel anytime.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus adds public calendar search, custom event photos and icons, and notes version history. Pro includes everything in Plus and adds bilingual event display and bilingual home screen widgets.
Do all three plans work on iPhone, iPad, and Mac?
Yes. All plans — Free, Plus, and Pro — include access on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. There are no device restrictions based on your plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel Plus or Pro at any time through your App Store subscription settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
